Our dedicated treatment room is located on the second floor. Treatments are provided by Pure Body Spa. All therapists are licensed professionals. For appointments, please call 619-859-1266. Reservations are required, and advanced reservations are highly recommended. To avoid charges, please honor our four-hour cancellation policy for all treatments. As a courtesy to your specialist, an 18% gratuity will be added to all services unless a higher amount is given at your discretion. Treatment times are between 9 am and 6 pm.

To gain access to the internet throughout the hotel using the new Sofia SuperWifi Network, choose Sofia SuperWifi and click ‘Accept Terms’.

We’ve recently upgraded your in-room coffee with NESPRESSO coffee makers. To brew a cup:

1. Make sure tank is filled with water (detach and fill)
2. Press button to power on and wait until lights are steady
3. Turn lever right to open machine
4. Insert Capsule, close machine head, turn lever left until locked
5. Place cup under brew head and press button once to brew

24hr Well-equipped fitness facility located on the second floor. We offer a wide variety of the latest strength-training and cardiovascular equipment. Towels are provided. Connected to the Fitness facility is the Harkishan Yoga Studio equipped with mats and bolsters.

The Starbucks Pick up Store is located at the Sofia just outside of our Broadway entrance. Store hours of operation fluctuate, so please make sure to double-check the Starbucks App.

The Starbucks App will notify you through your mobile device when your order is ready!

Available to our guests 24 hours a day are computer work stations ( Access Computers with username Sofia and password sofiahotel1) along with wireless printing (10 cents per page fee after first 10 copies).

Included in your stay with us is unlimited use of Flowater ‘Hydration Stations’ located on floors 3,5 & 7 near the elevator foyer on each of those floors. Just bring your water bottle or glass and fill it with naturally brilliant water with 7X advanced purification by Flowater 24 hours a day.

As part of your stay, The Sofia Hotel offers Urban Cruisers along with helmets and locks on a first come basis during your stay with us, daily between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Maximum of 3hr rental period.

Available Saturdays and Sundays the Sofia Hotel offers a guided walkabout tour through the Historic Gaslamp Quarter and Bayfront. The tour leaves from the hotel lobby at 9:00 AM.

Fabric Steamers are located in your room and Irons/Boards are available upon request by dialing ‘0’ for Guest Services

A variety of sundry items are available for purchase through our Front Desk 24 hours a day including sodas, Gatorade, snacks, candy bars, Tylenol, and Advil (based on availability at the time of inquiry).

Overnight Curbside entrance Valet Parking Service is offered at $50 a night including tax and unlimited in and out privileges.

Overnight Self Parking is offered at $40 a night including tax and unlimited in and out privileges (discounted from $60 at parking lot)
