Mr. Brian, at the front desk, impressed me the most with a delicate mixture of cordiality and professionalism. He was also instrumental in seeing to it that my accommodations fit my needs to a "T".

| A Pleasant Stay
I can't say that there was any one individual who enhanced my visit, but I can say that everyone I dealt with was helpful, pleasant, and professional. Staff at the front desk took the time to greet me upon returning to the hotel in the evening. My checkout time was graciously extended an extra hour. My stay was very enjoyable, and the attitude of the staff played a huge part in that.
